Update for CR1 & CR2: Planning applications have been submitted to speculatively build two logistics warehousing units of 52,605 sq ft and 55,165 sq ft on Queensway, Croydon. Both properties are 100% electric units with extensive car and van EV charging, and maximum PV solar panel roof coverage.
GLi CEO, David Johnson, said, "The site is perfectly located, close to South London, and will provide much needed new-built units for the Croydon area. The buildings are designed for maximum sustainability, efficiency of operation for occupiers, and modern office facilities to attract employees and support job creation."
Croydon’s industrial and logistics sector is thriving, and as a new member of Develop Croydon, we are delighted to be part of the story.
